How can I join the SLAA?
Any resident of Lakeside acres is eligible to join the association. Please contact the board if you are interested in becoming a member.

Can I bring guests to the lakefront?
Guest’s of members may enjoy the lakefront when accompanied by a member.

How much are membership Dues?
SLAA Dues in 2009 are $150 a year with a one-time initiation fee of $400 for new members. First year member’s total dues are $550.

What is the SLAA Board of directors and their responsibilities?
The SLAA Board of Directors is a group of men and women (volunteers) that have been elected by the membership of SLAA. Each director serves for a term of 3 years. Their responsibilities include overall control of the affairs of SLAA, policy making, coordination, communication, and committee responsibilities.

Who may attend the SLAA membership meetings?
Membership meetings are open to all SLAA members. Membership meetings are generally held on the Saturday of July 4th and Labor day weekend.

Are there any docks available?
There are currently no docks available. Anyone wishing for a dock space will be put on the waiting list. Please contact the board to be put on the waiting list.
